Dora Policies

These Terms govern your access to and use of Dora services.
These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and Dora regarding your use of the Dora app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Dora Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Dora provides software experiences where users can interact with virtual characters and AI-generated content.
Dora is for informational, reflective, and recreational use. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other licensed advice.
In an emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately. If you are in mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 9-8-8.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Dora. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using Dora, you represent that your use is lawful and that you have not been previously suspended or removed for violations of these Terms.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly at dora2u4ever@gmail.com.
Certain features may require payment. Prices, plan details, and billing terms shown in-product or at checkout control your purchase.
Fees are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update pricing, plans, or included features with notice where required by law.
You authorize Dora and payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, taxes, and applicable fees.
If you enroll in an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically until canceled. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancel before renewal through the platform where you subscribed.
If payment fails or remains unpaid, we may suspend or terminate paid features or account access as permitted by law.
Subject to these Terms, Dora grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Dora and its underlying software, interfaces, designs, branding, and materials are owned by Dora or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Dora a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve current or future services.
You may submit text, images, audio, and other content ("User Content"). You retain your rights in User Content, subject to licenses needed to operate and improve Dora.
You grant Dora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display User Content for service delivery, safety, moderation, and product improvement.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
By using Dora, you agree to receive operational communications, including account, billing, security, and service notices.
Dora may link to or integrate third-party tools and services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, uptime, or security practices.
If you believe content on Dora infringes your intellectual property rights, contact dora2u4ever@gmail.com with enough detail for us to review the claim.
Dora may remove or restrict access to content in response to valid legal notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
Dora may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or systems, or as otherwise permitted by law.
You may stop using Dora at any time. If you have an active paid plan, cancellation and billing rules in Section 5 apply.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dora and affiliated personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Dora does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, security, availability, or accuracy of outputs.
No information from Dora constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dora’s aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid Dora in the prior 12 months or (b) US$100.
You and Dora agree to resolve most disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court or where injunctive relief is required.
You and Dora each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you want to opt out of arbitration, email dora2u4ever@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, account email, and clear statement that you are opting out.
